High-speed steel (HSS) ensures long tool life and durability, while some models feature a TiAlN coating that increases heat resistance and enables faster drilling. The spiral flute improves chip evacuation and ensures smoother operation. These drill bits are suitable for drilling sheets, pipes, profiles, CrNi steels, copper, brass, aluminum and their alloys, plexiglass, and wood. They also allow drilling and edge chamfering in a single step, saving time and increasing productivity. Clearly marked diameters on each step ensure precise drilling to the required hole size.

We offer HSS step drill bits, ideal for general applications in thin-walled materials, as well as HSS step drill bits with spiral flute, which offer better chip evacuation and faster drilling. For more demanding applications, we provide HSS-Co step drill bits with TiAlN coating, offering increased wear resistance and suitability for stainless steel.

Extending Drill Bit Lifespan

To ensure easier drilling and extend the lifespan of drill bits, we recommend using cutting oil, drilling spray, or cutting paste. These products reduce friction, prevent overheating, and increase drill bit durability.
