    The SDS-plus drill bit OREN TriCut PRO is designed for the toughest tasks with hard concrete and reinforced concrete. Thanks to its innovative design featuring a three-cutter full-carbide head, it provides exceptional performance, speed, and long-lasting durability.

    Key Features:

    • Full-carbide, three-cutter head
      The drill tip is made entirely of carbide, not only all three cutting edges but also the core parts of the head. This design difference ensures higher resistance, longer lifespan, and consistent performance even when working with extremely hard materials. Unlike standard SDS-plus drill bits, which have carbide only on the edges, this model has a fully carbide head, providing unmatched strength and impact stability.
    • Maximum performance in hard concrete
      The full-carbide head ensures efficient crushing and faster material removal. Thanks to the special spiral design, the drill bit does not clog, allowing for smooth progress even under challenging conditions. The lateral reinforcement minimizes wear and extends the life of the drill bit.
    • Durability and precision, even in light reinforced concrete
      The compact carbide tip withstands even high impacts without damage. Thanks to the reinforced centre, the risk of breakage on contact with reinforcement is minimised, increasing safety and precision in drilling.
    • Fast drilling with optimal dust removal
      Three wide spirals are designed for ideal dust and debris removal from the drill hole, increasing work efficiency and reducing effort. The three contact edges provide maximum stability during drilling.
    • Comfortable to use
      The specially designed profiled and ground spiral ensures low-vibration drilling, significantly reducing user fatigue. Additionally, the computer-optimized design prevents dust dispersion, keeping the work environment clean.

    Caution: when drilling to a depth of more than 400 mm, we recommend first pre-drilling with a shorter drill bit of the same diameter.

     

    Our tip:

    When a drill bit passes through reinforcement, friction generates high heat, which significantly shortens the lifespan of all drill bits.
    We therefore recommend drilling intermittently and cooling the bit by immersing it in water while working in the reinforcement.
    This method helps to reduce overheating and extend the tool’s lifespan.
