HSS TiAIN step drills with spiral flute

Step drills are used for drilling cylindrical holes, which edges are at the same time knocked down by the next step.

Thickness of the drilled material up to 6mm.

Design:

Titanium-Aluminum-Nitride (TiAlN) coating
drilling diameters are clearly marked on the individual stages
provided with a spiral groove and a deburring zone
the spiral groove ensures better chip removal and faster and calmer drilling
the deburring part is used to deburr the underside of the processed material
the tip is equipped with a split point - punching and drilling is completely eliminated
