Drilling star VARIANT 35 mm

Use:

VARIANT Star allow drilling in masonry and concrete with large diameter and to large depth.

The Stars are fitted with carbide tips, which re-sharpen themselves when drilling. The spiral mounting of the tips ensures reliable removal of the crushed stone.
All drilled material is removed directly while drilling, there is no need to pre-punch, as is the case when drilling with other core bit bodies.

Variant Stars create a straight round clean hole with a flat base. 

If required, you can choose between two lengths of the pilot bit (ordering No. 2006-1 or 2006-2). Longer design is suitable where the drilled surface is uneven.

To assemble a complete drilling set, you need:

• The pilot bit for the drilling Star (ordering No. 2006-1 or 2006-2)
• The drilling Star VARIANT (ordering No. 2001)
• The flute body VARIANT (ordering No. 2005) - choose its size according to the core bit body diameter (see information for individual Star dimensions)
• The extension VARIANT (ordering No. 2007) - allows extension of the assembly to the required depth, it is mounted behind the discharge screw.
• The adapter for rotary hammer drills VARIANT - (ordering No. 2008) select the correct type of adapter according to the type of the clamping of your electropneumatic hammer.
