TYPES OF TRANSPORT YOU CAN USE

Shipment of goods takes place only on working days. The stated times are informative, they are based on the expected delivery times of transport companies.

  We check the price for each shipment individualy. The goods will be sent to your address.

  • We will inform you about the shipment by email.
  • The transport company will inform you also by email.

  In this case ask the transport agent to pick up the goods before 15:00

   

  Inform us about the transport agent and let us know which documents they need to prepare.

  • We will prepare everything for the fast and smooth despatch.
  • The information about the despatch will be sent to you by email.

POSSIBLE TYPES OF PAYMENT

For new customers, we require the payment in advance. Only after the payment is credited to our account, the goods are shipped.

For regular customers, it is possible to agree and set up the option of payment by bank transfer with a due date in the e-shop.

  The order is paid on-line. After completing the order you will be directed to our payment gateway. Here you can choose either card payment or redirection to your HomeBanking and arrange the bank transfer*.

  You will make the payment by standard bank transfer*. Enter the order number as a variable symbol. Bank details can be found here

  CASH / CARD DURIGN THE COLLECTION IN PERSON

  You pay your order by cash or by card while you collect the goods in our dispensing point OREN in Údlice, Czech Republic.

*Payment by card is faster than the bank transfer, so the goods can be released for the shipping faster. If you choose bank transfer, you can speed up the shipment by sending us a confirmation of the payment.
