DELIVERY SPEED
If it is stated in our e-shop that the items you have selected arein stock, it means that they are actually immediately available.
We arrange the shipment usually the same day as we receive the order or the next following day.
Shopping at the e-shop
Shipping the goods will be offered by us = we always choose the best economy type.
Personal collection
Personal collection of goods = immediately.
You can choose and buy the goods in person. However, if you order the goods in advance, we will prepare everything for you in advance so that you do not have to wait for the document to be removed from storage and issued.
We process your orders on weekdays from 7:30 to 15:30. Orders received on Friday afternoons, weekends or public holidays are therefore not processed until the next working day.
Collection of goods in person in our dispensing point is possible in Udlice near Chomutov in working days from 7:30 to 15:30 .
Our transport services pick up our packages every working day after 2 p.m. If we receive your order later, the shipment will not be sent until the next working day.
LATER TERM OF DELIVERY
- If the order does not state a later delivery date, we assume you are interested in an immediate delivery and we ship all available goods immediately or the next working day.
- Of course it is possible to send the goods any time later. In this case please enter the required date as an additional information (step 3 - delivery details).
FULL COVERAGE AND POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL SHIPMENTS
Before you order goods from us, you can check if it is really in stock.
Therefore, if you do not want to wait for the goods or you want to avoid incomplete satisfaction of your order, you can delete the currently unavailable goods from the order before sending it.
DELIVERY OF THE ITEMS WHICH ARE OUT OF STOCK, ADDITIONAL SHIPMENTS
- However, it is also possible to order currently sold out items from us and wait for their later delivery.
- If some of the required items are not in stock, we register the order or its unsatisfied part in our system and we will automatically deliver the goods to you as soon as available.
- If you do not wish later delivery, you have the possibility to cancel the rest of the order by phone or e-mail.
