Step drills are used for drilling cylindrical holes, which edges are at the same time knocked down by the next step.
Pre-drilling and punching are completely eliminated

Included diameters: 4-12 mm (at 1 mm intervals), 4-20 mm (at 2 mm intervals) + 4-30 mm (at 2 mm intervals)

Design:

• Titanium-Aluminum-Nitride (TiAlN) coating
• drilling diameters are clearly marked on the individual stages
• provided with a spiral groove and a deburring zone
• the spiral groove ensures better chip removal and faster and calmer drilling
• the deburring part is used to deburr the underside of the processed material
• the tip is equipped with a split point - punching and drilling is completely eliminated
