Cutting oil OREN

A concentrated solution containing an oil-soluble molybdenum component together with additives preventing "welding" of materials under extremely high pressures.

It creates a protective coating of molysulfide MsS, which has high sliding properties and at the same time is resistant to extreme pressures, reduces heat generation and improves working conditions and the life of the cutting tools.

Use:

• The liquid is suitable for processing mainly stainless steels, tough steels, tensile and ductile materials.
• Suitable for milling, threading, stretching, gear manufacturing.
• Where the mineral oil is used, it is possible to use MWF admixture in the amount of 5% to 25% at the same time.

Applications:

• Apply directly to the tool or workpiece where machining or forming takes place.
