Step drills are used for drilling cylindrical holes, which edges are at the same time knocked down by the next step.

Pre-drilling and punching are completely eliminated

Included diameters: 4-12 mm (at 1 mm intervals), 4-20 mm (at 2 mm intervals) + 4-30 mm (at 2 mm intervals)

Design:

• Drilling diameters are clearly marked on the individual steps
• Equipped with a spiral groove and deburring zone
• The spiral groove ensures better chip removal and faster and more stable drilling
• The deburring part is used to deburr the underside of the processed material
• The tip is with a split point - punching and pre-drilling is completely eliminated

Used in: sheets, pipes, profiles, CrNi steel, non-ferrous metals, plexiglass, wood

Note: while drilling, use threaded oil for lubrication
