Product description
This centering drill is one of the 3 components necessary for assembling a complete core drill bit for VARIANT concrete.
Ensures accurate guidance of the crown into the material
What to combine with:
- To assemble a complete VARIANT core drill, 3 components are required - the VARIANT crown (order no. 2002), the VARIANT chuck (order no. 2008) and this centering drill. If necessary, the set can be supplemented with a VARIANT extension.
Pay attention to the correct procedure for mounting the drill assembly:
- Before mounting, clean the threads on the individual components of the assembly and, if necessary, with a thin layer of VARIANT grease
- Screw in the centering drill as far as it will go into the VARIANT clamp (or into the VARIANT extension).
- Tighten thoroughly
- Only then screw on the VARIANT crown.
- Be careful that the crown and counterpart do not act as a lock nut on the centering drill.
Do not confuse with the VARIANT centering drill designed for VARIANT stars.
