The core drill bits are designed for dry drilling with angle grinders.
They feature a high-quality diamond segment with a height of 10 mm, enables smooth drilling and subsequently fast and even removal of the drilled material.
Even delicate tiles can be drilled cleanly, without the risk of cracking or chipping.
Smaller diameters core drill bits are filled with a cooling wax, which heats up, melts during drilling, and thus ensures cooling of the tool itself.
If necessary, this wax can be added to the crown, it can be purchased separately.
In terms of the wear rate of tools, it is important to consider that the hardness and thickness of the tiles play a crucial role.
Smaller diameters always have a shorter lifespan than larger diameters.
Correct procedures and regular work breaks to ensure cooling can significantly extend the usability period.
Recommended drilling procedure: place the bit on the material at an angle of approx. 30 degrees and proceed to the depth with swinging, circular movements.
Area of use: precise drilling into tiles, porcelain ceramics, granite slabs, and ceramic patio tiles.
